However, the next time I opened Photoshop, the same problem occurred and that trick has not worked since that one time. I opened Photoshop while pressing CTRL+ALT+SHIFT which reset my preferences and I was able to open/create documents. There was one time within the past month I have been able to open Photoshop CC 2017. I have also tried unchecking the graphic processor option under Preferences. My laptop, which I've only had for 6 months and definitely has the specs, is up-to-date with both Windows 10 and my video card driver. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Photoshop (both 20) and Creative Cloud multiple times. It started on Photoshop CC 2017, but 2018 doesn't work either.
The program will start but crashes when I either try to create a new document or open an already made document. I haven't been able to use Photoshop CC for about a month now.
